We meet twice a month for mastery sessions where we unravel what is happening at the conscious and subconscious level that is blocking you from reaching your desired goals.
This is where we discover what belief system is playing out in your life and begin to rewrite those to tell a new inner story. The new inner story then effects how you think, act and operate in the world brining with it new opportunities for you.

We also meet twice a month for therapeutic hypnosis sessions to program your subconscious mind with exactly the desired outcome you are creating. We streamline your thoughts, beliefs and actions to align with the version of you that is already experiencing this in their life.
These sessions are very relaxing and leave you feeling refreshed and excited about what it is to come in your life.
